The majority of our systems are installed onto a standard SCADA PC, which is the main Human Machine Interface (HMI) for the system. This is the computer through which the operator will select which part to process, as well as being able to view alarms, examine historical trends, and generate real-time reports.

We are authorised System Integrators for GE Cimplicity HMI SCADA systems. However, we can adapt to suit the client’s requirements. We couple the SCADA package with the Kepware OPC server suite. Kepware fully complies with the OPC Foundation Standards and also allows for integration into several other software packages (i.e. SAP).

The SCADA system can be set up to be accessed securely and remotely via our corporate team viewer licence. This is useful for the provision of remote support, if required.
