Gas Detection Sensors

These are typically installed in hazardous areas to detect the presence of the target gas and transmit it back to the control panel. A wide range of target gases are available including: toxic gases, flammable gases, oxygen and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) for use in safe areas and IS or ATEX rated zones (common gases are Oxygen, Ammonia, Chlorine, Ozone, Hydrogen Sulphide, Hydrogen Cyanide, Sulphur Dioxide, Hydrogen Chloride, Phosphine, Nitric Oxide, Nitrogen Dioxide, Carbon Monoxide, Carbon Dioxide, Ethylene Oxide, Chlorine Dioxide, Methane, Pentane, Propane, Hydrogen, Ethanol, Methanol, and Butane).

Control Panels

We can provide stand-alone control panels, or incorporate gas sensors into custom-built control panels designed by our in-house Control Panels & MCCs Team. Multiple systems can be networked to a centralised system to be monitored remotely, and panels can be located in safe areas or installed in IS/ATEX zones.

Outputs from control panels can be programmed to Building Management Systems (BMS) or Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), as well as mechanical equipment (e.g. shut-off valves) and alarm systems.
