PAC Group held an internal launch to communicate our new vision, mission, values, and branding with all employees.
On Friday, 11th October 2019, PAC Group held a launch event at Corr’s Corner Hotel to communicate our new vision, mission, values, and logo to all of our employees.
As one of our six values is “Team Comes First”, it was important to us that the new branding and vision for the future of PAC Group was fully explained to all of our team, as well as giving everyone the opportunity to provide feedback and input.
Our vision is to be the leading and innovative provider of choice for high quality and specialist engineering solutions across all industries and sectors.
We also aim to be an employer of choice – engaging with and retaining key talent to enable the growth and success of our business.
Our mission is to support and future-proof the industrial and commercial sectors in Northern Ireland and the UK by offering exceptional service for a diverse range of specialist electrical and mechanical engineering applications and solutions.

Our new logo is an interpretation of a phoenix. Many professionals in industry will recognise our five Directors as being prior Managers in William’s Industrial Services (WIS Group). Sadly, in February 2018, WIS went into administration. The five Managers of WIS Group’s IAAC division decided to set up their own business, and PAC Group was born. In Greek mythology, a phoenix is a resilient and powerful creature that rises out of the ashes of its predecessor. It also represents strength, cyclical change, and renewal.
The rebrand is a key milestone for PAC Group – it follows a period of significant growth for the company and signifies its investment in the Group’s very exciting future.
