Control Panel for Food & Beverage

PAC Switchgear & Control were contracted to manufacture a new control panel for a leading manufacturer in the food & beverage industry.

OBJECTIVE

The client was installing a new batching plant and needed a new control system. The system had to be capable of being integrated into their existing control system, therefore all control equipment was specified as Siemens on Profibus communicants. The panel also had to be constructed from stainless steel due to the area it was being installed into.

PROCESS

PAC Switchgear & Control designed the control panel to suit the control philosophy supplied by the client. Once the panel was designed and approved by the client, our team carried out the build. Full factory acceptance testing was carried out with the client before delivery to site.

OUTCOME

PAC Switchgear & Control delivered the new system on time and within specification.
