    Our People

    Our team is made up of highly qualified and experienced employees, with a range of diverse skills and technical specialisms. This ensures we can meet the needs of all our clients.

    Our Leadership Team includes:

    Iain Parkhill - Operations Director

    A qualified and experienced electrician by trade, Iain joined the industry as a 16-year-old apprentice before moving into instrumentation and process control. As a result, he is very experienced and highly skilled in this niche area.

    Iain is renowned for his hard work ethic and this, along with his can-do attitude and ability to learn quickly, enabled him to progress to a senior management position within PAC Group.

    Darren Leslie - Business Development Director

    Darren has over 20 years' experience in the engineering industry, working closely with clients such as NI Water, Bombardier, and SDC Trailers.

    A highly experienced project manager, he is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and has a proven track record in delivering bespoke solutions for companies operating in the industrial, manufacturing, and engineering sectors.

    Gavin Rankin - Technical Director

    Gavin has extensive experience working on instrumentation and PLC/SCADA control systems, completing large and bespoke automation projects for blue-chip companies such as Coca-Cola, Bombardier, and Spirit AeroSystems, to name but a few.

    After completing a Business qualification, Gavin helps to oversee the day-to-day operations of PAC Group, as well as providing technical expertise on key projects.

    Gordon Burns - Service Director

    With over 30 years' industry experience, Gordon is our calibration, plant control equipment, and instrumentation lead.

    Starting out on his career journey as an Instrument Technician with Coolkeeragh Power Station in 1987, he worked as a member of the maintenance department, where his duties included calibration, maintenance, and installation of plant control equipment.
