We Are Hiring! Accounts Assistant and Receptionist

Reporting to the Accounts Manager, the ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Front of house duties
• Answering the phone and transferring calls to the appropriate person
• Taking messages
• Inputting invoices onto the system using Xero and Eworks software
• Scanning and filing documents
• General administrative and business support duties
• Accepting deliveries

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a friendly, can do attitude
• Have experience dealing with customers in a warm and friendly manner
• Represent the company in a professional manner
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Be IT literate
• Be a team player who enjoys working with others
• Have excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail
• Be proactive in their approach, quickly ascertaining how to perform effectively in the face of unfamiliar tasks
• Seek opportunities to acquire and apply new knowledge and skills on the job.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience using Xero and Eworks manager software is preferred but not required as full training will be provided.
