PAC Group Become Members of ADS

PAC Group have joined ADS, the leading trade organisation for UK companies across the Aerospace, Defence, Security and Space sectors.

ADS represents and supports over 1,100 UK businesses, ranging from SMEs to global primes, in the Aerospace, Defence, Security and Space sectors. An existing supplier to these sectors, PAC have joined ADS to increase awareness of their specialist composites and automation capabilities, both throughout the UK and in wider global markets, to support their growth objectives over the next three years.

As a leading and innovative engineering company, PAC Group hold 42 patents on their composite Hot Drape Formers and associated technologies, which have been adopted by Bombardier Aerospace in Belfast and Spirit AeroSystems in Scotland.

The innovative machine is a finalist in the Made In Northern Ireland Awards in the Digital Engineering / Technology category, and the Group participated in the Invest Northern Ireland ‘Going Dutch’ programme in 2019 to introduce the technology to the Dutch market. In addition, the Group are participating in an Invest NI supported R&D project to further develop the capabilities and cost effectiveness of the technology to make it more accessible to a wider range of sectors and applications.
