PAC Group have launched a new Spray Booth Site Survey, which is free of charge for companies across Northern Ireland.
The Site Survey provides a summary audit on the effectiveness and efficiency of spray booth operations, with PAC’s experts providing advice on potential equipment upgrades, servicing requirements, and maintenance options that businesses can undertake to increase efficiencies, improve output quality, and increase equipment up-time and lifespan.
PAC Group’s Business Development Director, Darren Leslie, said:
“Cost effectiveness and process efficiency are always key considerations for industry. However - in light of the current economic outlook - cost management, efficiency, and maximisation of equipment lifespan are more important than ever before.”
“Our Spray Booth Site Survey checks and comments on a range of booth features, such as: lighting, the use of variable speed drives (VSDs) and controls, the booth’s integrity and heating type, and the accuracy of the instrumentation and calibration equipment, and where appropriate, we can make recommendations that could make companies significant operational savings.”
PAC Spray Booths and Ovens carry out a range of Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities on paint spray booths and process ovens across Northern Ireland, Ireland, and the UK. In addition, we are an experienced designer, manufacturer, and installer of bespoke and custom-built automated and standard spray booth systems for a wide range of industries, including companies in the automotive, aerospace, and commercial sectors.
We are offering companies across Northern Ireland the opportunity to benefit from a Spray Booth Site Survey completely free of charge.
