Important announcement from PAC Group in relation to critical services provision during Coronavirus pandemic.
Government guidance states that only essential work should be carried out at this time in the attempt to combat and slow the spread of COVID-19 and to ease the significant pressure our NHS is facing. PAC Group support this position.
The health and wellbeing of our employees, their families, our customers and suppliers, and the wider community is paramount. Social distancing and the ‘Stay At Home’ campaign represents the most remarkable act of global solidarity we are likely to witness in our lifetime – and it is important that we play our part.
As of 4.30pm on Wednesday, 25th March 2020, we will be temporarily ceasing all non-essential business activity and operating a significantly reduced *critical services provision* only.
We support a range of organisations such as power stations, utility providers, and essential manufacturers who are working hard to provide key products and services at this time. Therefore, we will have skilled skeleton staff only in operation, who are available to carry out essential maintenance and breakdown cover, or provide temporary relief for customers who are facing keyworker shortages due to employees in self-isolation. Our skeleton staff will only be available to work where circumstances permit that social distancing guidelines can be followed.
You can contact us on 02893 364600 / 07480 267339, or email info@pacgroup.co.uk should you be an essential business requiring our support.
We will maintain communication with our customers and supply chains throughout this time, and look forward to the day when we can get back to business – full steam ahead. Until then, we would like to take this opportunity to recognise the dedication and commitment of our fantastic team, and to wish all of our employees, customers, and suppliers good health in the time to come.
We wholeheartedly believe that by supporting each other, we can get through this together.
