Large Commercial Spray Booth - Engineering

PAC Spray Booths & Ovens were commissioned to design, manufacture, and install new commercial paint spray booth for a local engineering company.

OBJECTIVE

The client needed a new commercial spray booth to meet their increased production rates. The new booth needed to be 18 metres by 5 metres, and 5.5 metres high.

PROCESS

PAC Spray Booths & Ovens designed and manufactured the new spray booth to the client’s specifications and within their agreed budget. The new booth uses one air handling plant and operates at 70°C during the bake cycle using a Lanemark burner with LPG gas. The booth has full LED lighting and is rear-wall extract.

OUTCOME

PAC Spray Booths & Ovens successfully handed over the spray booth on time and in budget.
