Bespoke Machine - Roller Mill

PAC Automation were selected to design, build, and commission a new roller mill for a manufacturing client due to an increase in their production needs.

OBJECTIVE

Our manufacturing client required an additional roller mill machine to add to their workshop floor due to an increase in production requirements.

PROCESS

Existing machines in the workshop were at least 15 years old. PAC Automation designed a new machine, using modern technology, that replicated the layout of the existing machines. We worked with the client to discover any points of weakness or aspects prone to giving trouble with the existing machines, so these issues could be designed out of the new machine.

Once the design was finalised between PAC Automation and the client, we manufactured the new machine and installed it on-site.

OUTCOME

The new machine was delivered on-time, and within budget, and was fully tested in PAC's facility before being installed and commissioned on-site. In addition, we provided the client with on-site training and personnel support.
